Had a wonderful birthday yesterday. Stayed home for the most part. Received some wonderful notes and wishes from old friends and new ones via email and Facebook. Baby Girl called to wish her mama a happy-happy. Baby Boy did not. (Turns out he was so into studying for an art history exam that he forgot.) In the evening, my friend Jerry took me out to dinner at Asian Fusion on 57th and 7th, where I enjoyed their gluten-free menu, and then we went to see a Broadway show, Fela. All in all, it was a quiet, wonderful, day.
