Book Trailers: How Helpful Are They?

So lately, I’ve been on a book trailer binge. I did my own trailer for Darkness and the Devil Behind Me. Always wanted to do another one, but didn’t get around to it. In the meantime, I’m beginning to develop an absolute fascination with this form of advertisement. That interest as piqued earlier this week with Jim Shepard’s “Your Fate Hurtles At You.” It was further strengthened by this piece by Alan Rinzler, “Why a Video Will Help Sell Your Book.”
