I had a wonderful event at Burgundy Books in East Haddam, Connecticut, today. Linda Williams and her husband, Chuck, (also a writer), run a truly beautiful little bookstore. Their enthusiasm and support of writers was apparent. Roger L. Crossland and Roberta Rogow were also on hand to talk about a range of issues — from how books are arranged in bookstores to the way we explore social issues in our mysteries. It turned into a very lively and fun roundtable discussion.
