Fun is an underrated tool for getting folks to change their behavior. As this video amply shows, we’d probably get more for our efforts if we remembered the carrot part of the old saying, a “carrot and a stick.” It’s called the Speed Camera Lottery,” and I sure wish we could do something like this here in New York.
